Japara has long been the favoured fabric in Australia for a rugged waterproof fabric. Rainbird use a “dry Japara” which has a waterproof coating rather than a waxed or oiled cloth. This means the fabric stays working without re-proofing. The Apex is fully lined with a soft brushed cotton for comfort and warmth. It features large storage pockets and a hood that’s always ready – whatever the weather.
